Brandi Carlile

Brandi Carlile released her self-titled Columbia Records debut in 2005, but I didn't really become privy to her magnificence until 2006. Carlile has an exquisite voice that's far bigger and commands far more attention than her young age would suggest. Her guest appearance on the Indigo Girls' Despite Our Differences CD was rather notable, as well. It may be some time until we see another CD from Ms. Carlile, but I reckon it'll be well worth the wait.
