There's nothing about any holiday that doesn't scream "Folk Music," what with carols and all the other traditions and histories surrounding the winter holidays. I've dedicated one week of December to each of these holidays, beginning with Winter Solstice (Days 1-7), followed by Kwanzaa (Days 8-15), Christmas (Days 16-25), and Hanukkah (Days 26-31).
