Grayson Capps' fourth album, Wail and Ride (Hyena, 2006) is a testament to the vitality and resilience of New Orleans. There are songs about his hometown, like "New Orleans Waltz," and then songs that just feel like they've beed rolling around on Decatur Street, hopped up on raw oysters and daiquiris.
