If you're looking for an Alison Krauss CD that most closely fits the requirements of a great breakup record, Forget About It is the one you want. Excellent heartbreakers like "Never Got Off the Ground", "Your Ghost" and "Could You Lie" are just dripping with that sort of left-behind sentimentality that comes from the moment just before you've given up on it all.

Krauss' voice seems made for breakup tunes, so this album plays really nicely. On the other hand, it's not the sort of disc you throw in on a bright sunny day when you want some background music for your great mood.
