The Civil Wars may have canceled their recent tour, citing "internal discord", but that doesn't mean the music they've recorded is going to stop finding its way into the world. They've been nominated for a couple of awards from the Country Music Association (CMA) - Vocal Duo of the Year and Musical Event of the Year for the song they recorded with Taylor Swift for the Hunger Games soundtrack.
Now, today, a set they gave for VH1 Unplugged has found its way to iTunes, where it will be available exclusively.
According to a press release:
The 7-track EP features material from the two-time Grammy award-winning duo's RIAA certified Gold album, Barton Hollow, as well as their song "Kingdom Come" from The Hunger Games: Songs from District 12. The release also includes never-before-released renditions of Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean" and Portishead's "Sour Times".
