Do You Do Bonnaroo?

Friday February 23, 2007
Bonnaroo 20007 Music Festival Tickets On Sale TodayTickets for the giant, incredibly cool Bonnaroo festival go on sale today and, even though it's not exactly your run-of-the-mill folk music festival, there are a ton of great folksingers in the line-up this year. Gillian Welch, Keller Williams, SCI, Ben Harper, Wilco, Bob Weir & Ratdog, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Old Crow Medicine Show, Xavier Rudd, and a ton of other artists will be appearing at the Tennessee festival this year.

Most exciting of all is that if you purchase your tickets today or tomorrow (Friday, Feb. 23 or Saturday, Feb. 24, 2007), you'll automatically be entered in the drawing for a Golden Ticket. No, that doesn't mean you get to go to Hollywood to try out for American Idol. Nor does it mean you get to tour Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. The prize is just as good, though: a lifetime pass to every Bonnaroo festival that takes place, ever, for as long as you have the mobility to get there and enjoy yourself. Wow! The Golden Ticket also affords you a backstage pass and the Ultimate Coleman (the cooler people) camping setup. Not bad.

Three winners will be chosen at random. Tickets are available exclusively online, so get on with ordering. Now! Hurry! Here's the Web site.

The sixth annual Bonnaroo festival will take place June 14-17, 2007, in Manchester, Tenn. For more info, check out Bonnaroo.com or read about last year's festival, courtesy of About Classic Rock Guide Dave White.
